ADD HDMI capture/Recoder/Codec conversion

Adding HDMI capture to get full res from camcorders.  Recording it using  the usual onlocation tools and saving in differnt codecs like cineform,prores....

This could be a killer tool that combines what on location is with that of an hdmi recorder
