Anyone know why 20% or so of the bottom of my videos gets chopped off when i upload them to youtube. nothing else changes just the bottom 20% is missing
What model of camcorder is your video coming from and what resolution and format is it?
When you started your Premiere Elements project, which project settings did you select? Matching project settings to your source footage is vital to a successful video project without these kinds of odd behaviors.

Along with the answers to Steve's questions on the full specs. of your Source Footage, and your Project's Preset, please tell us the exact specs. chosen with Share? All three of those specs. can have an impact on how footage displays.

If you are shooting 720p on that device, the best project settings are Flip Video HD 30.
That's not an exact match, but it's as close as you're likely to get, since technically that camera doesn't shoot video that's meant for editing. But you should be able to get by.
And if you use these specs to output your video and then manually upload it YouTube, you should get excellent results!
