Can I block these 'ripple down' threads from the community help?

Feb 21, 2012 12:35 PM

How?

They are utterly useless, only worth a RTFM reply and corrupt the main forum IMO. The only solution I have found is to mark all posts as read, but that defeats the purpose of the fora.

I also find them annoying , of no value and not in the freeflowing  communication flow of a forum.

They are a meangingless question ..linked to a thread and usually answered with a link to another  thread.

Who can be bothered following through on these and how does the original commentator  get any benefit.

Only solution is to ignore any posts from Community Help

I have followed most of the Community Help discussions here, and on Forum Comments, and it seems that "ignoring" is the only way to go for now.

Please give this feedback on the Community Help forum:

We need to make sure that the right people see this feedback.

    They are a meangingless question

Hell, I'm not even seeing that much.  All I see is a link and a comment saying it arrived here via Community Help.  I'm not following a link to read a question.
