I would like to Automate placing images into my text frame ????

Hello Everybody,

I am working in InDesign CS5 on a Publication will contain about 500 caption in as many pages.

I would like to automate placing my captions into my text frame.

Here is my plan:

1. I have put a text variable into my text frame

2. I will name the captions with the same name from the page that they are to be placed on.

3. Replace the text with the images.

but take care I want to keep my text into the same frame

Do You have an idea how to do this?
