Jetty installed with CF10?

Any idea why Jetty gets installed with CF10? Just curious...

With the switch to Tomcat in this release, it seems odd to me that we'd need both Tomcat and Jetty installed and that it might make more sense to be running everything on just one. Am I missing something? (Probably am...)

Jetty is used for Solr and server monitoring through external webserver (configurable in administrator) while Tomcat has replaced JRUN (as default standalone server) for CF10.

Jetty is very light weight as compared to Tomcat (in terms of memory consumption), however its not adequate enough as Tomcat for an enterprise ready standalone server (slightly less performant and less adopted). The features mentioned above, needed another server to offload the tasks and having another Tomcat would be doable but an overkill.
