I have a client who does not wish to distribute their app (which is a sales presentation / publication) to the Apple Store. They only want to make it available for employees to use. Is there a way to make it available as a single viewer app without publishing to the Apple Store and passing Apple's approval guidelines? I'm afraid it would not pass because it is essentially a sales brochure. Any help would be appreciated.

You either need to buy an Adobe enterprise package, or use the adobe content viewer app to deliver this

If you use DPS Single Edition, you can manually add upto 100 UDID's in your Provisioning certificate using ios Provisioning Portal.

Otherwise, such a feature is available with DPS Enterprise Edition only wherein you can build an Enterprise Signed build using Appl'e Enterprise Certificate to distribute content inside your organization without adding any UDID's.

Hi, you responded to LDSdesign's question with "you can build an Enterprise Signed build using Appl'e Enterprise Certificate to distribute content inside your organization...." although I noted that the initial question referred to a client's needs, rather than their own.  Am I correct in thinking that LDSdesign would not be able to distribute an app directly outside of their own organization (ie. to a clients organization) because of the specifics of Apple's licensing?  If so, is there a way around this as we ourselves will likely be in the same situation?

@ D.Murray : Legally Apple does not allow Enterprise Signed Apps to be distributed commercially or outside your organization. If you need to distrbute the App to a specific client's organization then you need to use their Apple Enterprise Certificates, for that you may ask your clients to acquire iOS Developer Enterprise Account.

Thanks for confirming Himanshu.  I just wanted to be sure that I understood the legal implications of this before proceeding.
