Help with HTML5 Converter - audio not playing

Hi, wondering if anyone has experienced this issue, and if so, how they resolved it (if they did):

I have a four slides in my Captivate 5.5 file. The first three have audio imported at the slide level. When I publish to HTML and view, audio sounds fine.

However, after I convert using the HTML5 converter, the audio plays on the first two slides but not on the third. I tried re-importing the audio, moved slides around. First two slides always play, but not the third.

Any ideas of how to fix would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Michele

I have had similar results.  I have not found a decent work around.  I had better results when I exported the same 4 slide Captivate and turn-off all interactivy -- but then what's the point (in other words, just export to video).
