Grid view in Development Module

Feb 27, 2012 11:23 AM

I am a recent Apple Aperture convert and really liking LR4. One of things I could do in Aperture - and frustrated that I can't reproduce in LR is the ability review all pix in a shoot while working on a specific shot. Problem is, I can't figure out how to go into "grid" view without being automatically directed to the Library module. What am I missing?

Thanks for any help.

Wm.

You're not missing anything (Grid view is in the Library Module).  Hitting G will take you to grid view, and D will take you back to Develop, and there isn't much if any lag.

Second screen - it has a grid view and can be used without a second monitor.

Starting in Develop, reveal  the filmstrip (F6) and at its far left you can switch on the second screen. If you only have one monitor, this opens as a floating window. You can then switch it to grid view.

What we need is multi-row filmstrip.
