Audio only in the right ear...

I am using Adobe Soundbooth CS4,

 

I have a mp3. that needs to be edited in Sounbooth, but the audio is only coming out on the right. I know that in Premiere Pro you can choose "Fill Left or Right" But I also need to do other things to the track. So is there a way I can equalize the channels in Sounbooth?
