Suggestion in FOLIO PRODUCER panel : date the articles

Feb 28, 2012 11:35 AM

hi

is there any way to date the articles soon in the folio produer panel ?

sometimes you can't remember if you uploaded this one or that one (espeically with the mess for upload we all know ...)

becaus ewhen it comes to uploading AGAIN an article with a 100 Mo video, it takes like THREE HOURS (when it works ....)

so it'd be better to be sure before we click on the "update" button ...

Also icons similar to the ones in InDesign's Links panel that will simply say if the link with the original InDesign file is broken or outdated.

I'm working on a few targeted changes to try and clarify which folios are which in the folio builder panel. For various reasons it's pretty difficult for us to do the link icon thing, but it and a date are things I'll add to our list of items to consider.

    Thanks!

Yeah might be helpful to have the date/hour of last updated folio/articles

And it would be just AMAZING and Huge to be able to hide some pages or stack (not appearing in the TOC/or browse mode icon) and just be able to go to those hidden page when tapping a link

Yeah, I'd love to hiding available as well. In the mean time there is a workaround, although it can affect your analytics. If you indicate the article is an advertisement it won't show up in the TOC or browse mode icon.
