Not a valid project

I have been working on a project and then I saved it and 10 minutes later I tried to open it but it said it is not a valid project and it can't open it! Please help!

    Hi. Did the application crash while saving? Do you have other project where you see this?

    No and no i need to finish this project by Friday for my sister

    Hi Yager14,

     

    I haven't heard of other cases of projects becoming corrupted before . Have you invested a lot of time working on the project? I wondered if you would be able to import it into Photoshop CS5? You would need to upload it to the Creative Cloud website first and install a script to import it on the computer. The process is described here.
