What do I need to send and save my photos in adobe photo touch?  Do I need a specific jpeg app?

    You don't need a specific app. As soon you have saved your document (-top left arrow) you can find the share options - see my attached screenshotshare.PNG

    i use ftponthego to get the files from my camera roll to my webservers image directory for forum hotlinking
