I have to open the files and add the two orintaions "landscape and portrait " of the article manually .

I've just had the same problem. After downgrading my folio producer to 1.8.1 it has given me this problem... could it be from a slow internet connection?

yes I can upload simple articles ,

I'm not sure about the slow internet connection , it could be !

Im getting this error frequently - it's most frustrating!

Seems to be random.

I have tried deleting articles in folio producer and re-uploading them (an absolute nightmare due to the time this takes and having to re-enter the titles / tags etc.

Has anyone figured this out? Or a method of making it occur less frequently?

HELP!

Ya dude it seems to be that when you update your producer tools to 1.9 and you started your project on the 1.8 release, there are some things that the program can't read cause the 1.9 has a new way of doing things. Like look at your pan only bits of your project, change them to scroll frames in the overlay creator. Also if you have button, hyperlinks etc. in a MSO make sure that they still have their functions or that the paths are correct.. Hope that helps..

I am having the same problem. I am trying to add an article that has 2 videos embedded. All of my other articles in the same folio did not have any problems.

Any suggestions on what I should do differently?

Also, I have uploaded this article with no problems before friday's update.
