How do you access the additional styles?

I recently purchased VC3 and there are many styles listed to create videos, but usually at least 75% of them are not "active". How do you access them? Are they available at an additional cost? If so, how much? And where do you preview them?

 

Thanks to anyone who has some info on this. The Adobe site seems to just route me to other products no matter what I type in the topics criteria of the support section.
