Can't locate scribble selection tool

It is not in my menu! Can someone please help I case I am being a noviice!

I would like to know this too. It seems there would be some orientation or tutorial just to show you how to use the tutorials, In other words, the basics: tools and navigation. Does something like that exist? If it does, it is buried and not evident to the new user.

This had me searching for it as well when i first started
Look for the magic wand tool down the left hand side, if you hold down the magic wand tool icon a box should slide out to the right with the the scribble tool on it.

Oh good, you've actually located it. What does it look like? is is like a pencil icon? I've seen the words 'scribble tool' but all that I get for a choice is a 'marquee' select looking tool.

Please give more details please, so we will know when we have it.

It looks a bit like an umbrella to me. If you hold down the magic wand icon on the left hand tool bar its the only other choice that pops out.
