Doubt with Banner

Hello everyone,

I'm with a huge doubt!

How can I let a banner in flash 100% expansible in the screen?

Example: I want that it auto ajustment with the video configuration of the user.

To exemplify what I really want, is the banners of this webshop (http://www.shopb.com.br)

With you press CTRL + or CTRL - in your browser the banner change his size, and ajust himself to your video configuration.

I know that is can be (or maybe) made with Actionscript, but who? 2.0 or 3.0? Or both of them?

Someone can help me please?
