Extension installed via Extension Manager doesn't show up in InDesign

Hi everyone,

 

One of our user reports that she installed our InDesign extension, it shows up in Extension Manager as installed, but when she opens InDesign and goes to window->extensions it's not there. She's on windows and has Extension manager 5.5.1.6.3 installed.

 

Any idea what could be wrong?

    Could you reproduce this issue on your machine? Could you please paste the MXI file here?

    Problem fixed. She tried to install it one more time and there it was.
