How do you get authorization reset?

I have been looking for how to get my authoriation reset? 2 days ago everything was fine on my Nook. Then yesterday I could not read any of my library books, the nook had done an automatic update. Came home attached nook to computer. Adobe tried to authorize Nook, but internet was down. When I got the internet up and working, Adobe shows the nook on the list, but when i try to do anything it says that it is not an authozired device. I tried the ctrl+shift+E but that does not work any other ideas?

Jim Lester reported that the latest Nook update had a bug in it.

I am on hold with Adobe...trying to figure this out! B & N was no help..tried to tell me we could only get 6 licensings??

B & N had me use cont alt D ..at that point you have to sign back in....then had me do cont alt E but nothing popped up..

Actually correct. ADE allows only 6 - 4 for ereaders and 2 for computers.
