Is there a limit to the number of swf files in each Presenter published file?

Mar 7, 2012 9:40 AM

I'm inserting a lot of narrated Captivate swf files to PowerPoint 2010 slides then publishing in the current version of Presenter. Is there a limit to the number of swf files you can have in each Presenter published file? Or, is there a recommended swf file size to not exceed? I don't want to get to the end of this project and find out that Presenter won't publish the file because there are too many narrated swf files in it or the swf files are too large. Please guide me to any recommendations regarding this.

There is no limit that I am aware of, but you should keep mindful of what is reasonable. Chances are your viewer will lose focus after about 15-30 min, so anything longer than that may not have the effectiveness that you are looking for.
