Flex SDK opensource no cost included?

Hi,

I have a team of 35 people, I am planning for my team to use to use eclipse with opensource Flex 4.6 SDK. Just wanted to confirm the SDK is opensource that mean there will be no cost required for the installation.

 

As it is a freeware so we can simply download and use it.

 

Folks, Kindly confirm this.
