Can't install the HTML5 Extensions on DWCS4

This is getting frustating, I'm trying to experiment with HTML5 on my DW CS4, however, non of the extensions i've downloaded from the Exchange is installable. Even after i upgraded my Adobe Extension Manager. Please help..

    I'm running on DWCS4 v10.0 build 4117, kept on getting the error prompted, I'll need DW v10 or lower...weird
