Red Giant states that is works with PP5, so it should work with 5.5, I don't know since I don't use it.
> I know the PC version had more effects then the Mac version.
The original poster is referring to a third-party effect, not an effect bundled with Premiere Pro.
Look at the Red Giant page about LUT Buddy:

Note that Premiere Pro CS5.5 is not listed.
If you have questions about Red Giant's plug-ins, I recommend that you ask Red Giant.
thanks ANN, and some of you answered oddly, but the incorrect info I was finding was I was ONLY opening up the EFFECTS TRANSITIONS and not the other effect folders, did not see them there for some reason, and when I opened it I saw the Magic Bullet Colerista folder in the Effects panel.
Oh Dopey ME.
anyway, all is working fine. So many new terms, lingo, and folders to learn on PP that have been known to me nearly 20 years with FCP and AVID.
Again thanks for the support!!!
taz291819: Then you need to know more about what you speak of, as AVID has been around for over 23 years and Final Cut for over 17.
and I was playing with PP back in 1992 as version 2 and was it not a player then.
It is now and am impressed, but since the industry for many many years was nothing but Avid, then FCP, Premeire was not even considered.
Not anymore. Very nice, but there is a learning curve with the program, not editing.
And yes, I have 25 years of experience editing. nearly 300 days of the year and paid, thanks.
And am adding a new app to my skills.
