LR4 has the same Develop module interface as LR3???

Upgraded just now, converted my LR3 catalog and just noticed the Develop Module being the same as LR3; is there something I should know? I checked in the Preferences but didn't find anything.

 

Mac, Lion 10.7.3, did the original install in French but even if I switch the interface to English I get the same thing.

    You need to convert your LR3 photos to the new process version, PV2012.  By default, any image developed in LR3 will remain on the older PV2010 process version.  Until the process version is updated for a given photo, it will continue to use the old develop module sliders.

     

    You should see a small icon with an exclamation point towards the bottoom-right corner of each photo.  Click on it and you will see options for updating the process version.

    Thanks JG_Coleman! It took a couple minutes and it just did it for 10 000 pix a year!
