I can't even install Photoshop on my new Mac after downloading the download thing,

I try to open the bundle and it asks for the filename encoding, and none of them work! It says it can't regonize it so I can't even try to begin installing photoshop on my new computer. It worked fine on my old computer, but I've tried everything for this one and nothing is working. please please help!

    Can you please provide the text of the error message you received?  Also what version of Mac OS are you using?  Finally what version of Photoshop are you trying to install?
