Well I followed the instructions with the HP supplied PC Mover tool and it did in fact move numerous programs including arcsoft , roxio, turbo tax winzip,several photo editing programs. Microsoft street & trips, Delorme , and they all work fine except Adobe elements I moved as well but when opening it says to uninstall and reinstall. OK fine but I can’t uninstall it. It still works on the old computer and the help says to deactivate it so it can be reinstalled to the new computer. Adobe online says go to help in the application and select deactivate. Every time I select help it takes me back online to the same statement. How do I deactivate so I can reinstall with the original DVD set?
