Elements auto analyzer has malfunctioned and needs to close

Every day I get messages saying Elements auto analyzer has malfunctioned and needs to close. APE9 is not even open. Howw can I stop this?

If you are on a PC,it seems that the program is starting in the startup menu?

When you go to the Organizer's Edit/Preferences/Auto Analyzer, is it set to run automatically? If so, does this problem persist if you turn it off?

I noticed in the auto analyzer preferences that there is a setting for 'Run at system start up'
