i am trying to download photoshop free trial because i need it for school in 2 days but it keeps saying extracting and its been saying that for many days. how can i start downolding it again and make it stop extracting. by the way i am using an apple macbook pro
how do i restart download assistant and how do i choose a different download location because theres a message that says extracting and it won't go away or let me select it or anything. and also how do i stop the download and start downloading it again.

Hi, Which version of Mac OSX are you using? Is there enough disk space in the drive you are downloading / installing the application to? I would suggest restarting the Download Assistant and choosing the download location as your desktop. Thanks
