Allow a user to save an image to their iPad?

Hello, huge apologies if this has been answered, I have searched high and low and haven't come across this question.

I am relatively new the publishing suite, and I have a client inquiry about a specific feature. They would like to show ad content that allows a user to save a JPG to their iPad camera roll. There is no requirement for how they might be prompted to save the image, just that it be possible. Is this doable?

The only way you could do this is to screen capture the whole iPad?

Only as a screen grab in default iPad manner – simultaneously push two physical iPad buttons.
