Help with song recording in Soundbooth CS5

I have Adobe Soundbooth CS5 and I am trying to record audio through an external microphone (Perception 120) and feeding that via XLR to my Tascam US-200 USB audio interface into my computer.  What I am trying to do is record a track (vocals) on Soundbooth while playing back another track (instrumental) through headphones from Soundbooth.  So how would I set Soundbooth to record through the microphone/ audio interface while playing back another track through headphones that is also in Soundbooth and in the end have both tracks (separate) but the correct timing as they were recorded?  The reason for this is so I can sing to the intrumental of the song and have it all recorded together on 2 tracks in Soundbooth.
