Unable to download LR4.

I am getting store error message when clicking to download LR4.

    What error message do you receive?  Which operating system are you using?  What have you attempted so far to resolve your difficulties?

    Thanks for the quick response ! I kept getting an error meesage that said astore error. I then tried downloading the trail version, which worked, and then entered my key code. All is well now. I think the system may have just been overwhelmed.
