How decide problem with size of flash-site?

When we create flash-site with size 1280*1024, so this site isn't aesthetically pleasing looks at monitors with size 1024*768. How decide this problem for flash, maybe you can tell me to read something?

What about the site is not aethetically pleasing? Is it because it does not fit, or do you have it sizing down to the window size and it looks bad? Show a screenhot if you can.

- so flash-website looks on the small monitor (1024*768)

so flash-website looks on the big monitor (1280*1024)

May i can do something that flash-site get up at the small monitor as at the big? Can it automatically adjusted to the size of the window?
