Unable to Install Framemaker 10 on Windows 7

I am trying to install Framemaker 10 (x64) on a Windows 7 computer. I have already uninstalled my previous Framemaker 7 version. Even after that i could notice the following error messages in the log file.

You have to stop the service first.
