<cfdocument> table thead

When will adobe added an attribute to allow table thead to repeat when creating a PDF from cfdocument.  This has been an issue/want since CF7, if you search the web it all over the place.

    That’s a limitation because of the rendering engine used for cfdocument. That means that this can’t be done for CF 10 also. We will consider this for the next release.
