I purchased InDesign back on Oct 26, 2011. I tried to download the software (I was givenn the confirming serial number by ADobe so I have that). numerous times, probably spent over an hour mutliple times and could never get it to download. It's now March 12, 2012. I'm making the time to figure this out and am really bugged I've not been able to use this software that I purchased over FIVE months ago. Still . .. .I am willing to try again. I phoned Adobe and am waiting for a phone call back. Thought while I was waiting for a return phone call (told 19-25 minutes.... I might as well try to download the s/w one more time. I tried -a nd it appeared to install a DEMO trial. I don't want a demo trial - I've already PAID for the software.
Can I please get some real help???????????????????
