How do I get my game and chat audio from my Astro A40s to my livestream?

I really need help. I've been trying to figure this out for a few days. I'm using Adobe Flash Media Live Encoder and I need to get my game and chat audio from my Astro A40s into the livestream. All help appreciated, thanks.
