Made my video/info needed

Hey guys.

 

I made a video and now i want to render it for youtube specifically.

can you guys give me some advice on what format i should use for youtube. although rendered sometimes, i know videos can looks worse after uploading them. can you guys give me advice on the format, mbps, etc.

the best options for youtube.

 

my project consists out of 720x576 videos that i interpreted as 16:9. They are all avi files.
