I'm launching Adobe Media Encoder via Flash Import Video in CS5.5 in Windows 7. The message says "The file xxxx.mov could not be imported: Could not read from source. Please check the settings

and try again"  What do I need to do? Thanks

Same problem here, I just installed Win 7 64bit a few days ago, and a fresh install of Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Web Premium to default location and has all its updates.

Ok looks like the way I fixed my problem is buy installing QuickTime from Apple. This seems just sad for Adobe if they require 3rd party software to use their encoder.
