I am creating a DPS pub and an relying heavily on web content overlays for some of the functionality.
I use jquery quite a bit in regular web development. I have created a image flip effect that I looks/works perfectly in Mobile Safari.
When I embed in my DPS doc and upload as a folio and test it on my iPad, it doesn't really work very well. Does not show the nice smooth flipping motion that I am seeing in pubs like Popular Mechanics.
Is there some other technology that I am unaware of that is being used to get some of these amazing more advanced effects? I thought it would be jquery, I don't see how within the built-in InDesign interactivity I can accomplish this...
Any help would be so appreciated...
