Paying customers are screaming for help. I'm having serious doubts about invensting. What gives from the Adobe's end?
You have to give more info what exactly is happening, what you did, what error messages you got.
This is a user-to-user forum and we're not Adobe employees. We try to help people but we need exact info what is going on at your end.

I had exactly the same problem several days ago using IE9. I found it very strange, as I downloaded the Photoshop CS5 trial on the same browser several days earlier. I never had any download problems with any other sites, either - using IE9.
I later tried downloading LR4 using Google Chrome & it worked.
I've given up on the trial download, I'm having all my questions answered watching the tutorials. Might as well just go ahead and buy the dang think. I don't see anything else out there that compares.
