PDF EXPORTED FROM INDESIGN PRINTING BLANK

We are using the pass4press version 10 IDCS4 settings. Indesign file exports fine to PDF, however when we open in acrobat (acrobat pro 9. Version 9.4.6) to print the print preview box shows up no content apart from the template we have used (shown in screen grab) When printed it appears like it does in the preview window. This has only happened the last two times we've exported two different documents, has been fine previous to this, and we havn't updated anything. We've tried creating new adobe PDF presets for pass4press, still these settings are not working.
When we exported as the adobe standard preset of 'High quality print' we didn't have any problems at all, however we need to use pass4press preset to send to printers.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
