No default application specified?  for PS CS5.1

I downloaded PS CS5-1 and also Akamai Netsession Installer.  Now I get a message saying No default application specified for Photoshop_12_1_LS1.7z.  What should I do?

    There should have been two files in the download. The other file is the executable file that you need to run for the installer to start. If you don't have both the files then probably the download is not complete yet.
