Delete/backspace button

Hello,

 

Today when I started working in Story all of a sudden mij backspace and delete button don't work anymore......can anybody help?

 

btw is it possible to scroll in Story?

    Hi,

    This should not be happening and you can definitly scroll in story.

    Can you inform us of the following:

    1) Platform you are on and

    2) Whether you are working on browser or desktop app

    so that we can reproduce the issue at our end?

    Also is this a consistent issue or you are facing this with some particular scripts only?

    Hi,

    Thanks for your response. The delete/backspace issue has been resolved. I'm not sure what I did but after a reboot it all worked fine again.

     

    Ever since I installed the software which is the desktop I have not been able to scroll. I'm working on Windows 7 Home Premium - Microsoft Windows Version 6.1 (build 7601: Service Pack 1)
