Is Microsoft Essentials killing my Adobe flashplayer after updates?

I keep having to reinstall it over and over and over again!!!  Man, this is killing me.  It will work for a couple of days after installation, then it gets wiped out and I have a feeling it does that after updates are installed.  Please help
