CS4 Crash, Missing File

So I used OnLocation to capture some live video, and it crashed during shot 5.

 

Now when I go back to the project, I see in the shot list, shots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, but there seems to be no file associated with shot 5, just a circle arrow for the OnLocation icon of that shot.

 

When I go to the folder where the files should be stored, I see shots 1,2,3,4 and something called shot 5 (!01).m2t, but no shot 5.m2t.

 

Additionally, using a file recovery utility, i can find shot 5.xmp, and shot 5.smvp, but no shot 5.m2t.

 

Any thoughts?

    I didn't get shot 5 as in I never pressed record?

    Any idea on what is shot 5 (!01) ? When I play it, it looks like 1 sec of what shot 5 should have been.

    No.  You didn't get shot 5 as in the software crashed and it didn't properly record to the hard drive as a complete and usable file.
