When I first installed the Beta version of CS6 a message saying "Photoshop detected graphics hardware that is not officially supported." came up. When I tried using the Oil Paint filter this came up.

How can I fix this?

Does this help? It didn't say 2000 or 3000 (or at least that I could tell)
A virtual machine? Not sure what that means. And I can't change the setting to basic.

well a P2 would have suprised me... ![]()
don´t know if im wrong but i always thought family 6 model 5 is a pentium 2.
anyway... as M Shaw wrote try the latest grafic drivers.
but maybe your out of luck and the grafic card will not be supported.
it´s an older version and not a HD2000 or HD3000.
.
I just got the same warning after installing CS 6 Beta. I have a brand new HP Pavilion p7-1226s Desktop PC with Windows 7 with I-Core 3. It says it has intel HD Graphics. Cant see any other info on the Graphics Processor. Not sure if its a bug or if its just a lower levell graphics card. Im running lightroom 3 with no problems. I still have time to return it so Im hoping to find out if this unit just wont cut it. I have installed all windows up dates as well as HP updates. I will move forward and uncheck the "use Graphics Processor box" not sure what kind of effect if any that will have on performance.
Would hope to buy CS6 in the future and would like to know if this computer is going to fit for me. I bought CS1 Years ago and have been using that on my old XP computer but didnt want to put it on my new one. I will keep checking in to see if there is any more info on it.
