I got an email saying that my adobe ID has been activated for the CQ Cloud Manager but for some reason everytime I sign in I still get the message:
Thank you for signing-up to use Cloud Manager.
You will be receiving an email shortly from Adobe with a link to login with your Adobe ID credentials.
