Widget Browser Error #2032

For some reason I can't download any widgets. The download starts and then ends half-way through the download (well the progress bar is half-way done) with this error #2032. I've researched this forum amd every mention of this error ends with no solution, but as it affects so many people why isn't there a solution? This is clearly a known problem and whilst the helpers from Adboe are sympathetic they don't appear to be able to come up with a soltion.

 

Please please look at this problem and provide a solution.
