Why can't I see preview or output video in Flash Media Live Encoder 3.2*

I've recently upgraded two of my Mac's to FMLE 3.2 (from 3.1)  On both systems now when I start up the encoder I can not see the video in the GUI interface.  The encoder runs fine and the streams are ok, it's just a little unselltling not to see the video in the GUI.  I tried downgrading to 3.1 and it doesn't help.  Any thoughts?  It's running on MacBook Pro, latest software lotsa RAM and worked like a champ on version 3.1

    You're likely running Lion as your OS. Very recently Adobe released Flash Media Live Encoder 3.2.1 which it sounds like may fix many of the issues 3.2 has under Lion. Give it a shot.
