Spreadsheet Export-Column Header Modification

Is it possible when exporting the form data to a spreadsheet, to control what information becomes the column header? I would like only the name of the object that data came from "Email[0]" rather than the entire string:  "Form1[0].AlertType[0].Email[0]". Is there a way to do this? Mainly trying to prevent the form name from exporting to column header.
