Presenter 7.07 Problems License

I can not install presenter 7.07 or presenter 7  I keep getting License Issues

I called Adobe Tech support and have done everything they asked.

un installed all adobe products
install as a trail
office 2007
windows 7 64 bit

created new user account

I can not use 7.07 since you can not longer remove Adobe branding logs

I need some clarification:-

1) You had Presenter 7.0 installed on your system and now you want to install presenter 7.0.7 on same system ?

2) What error message you get when you launch 7.0.7 in trial mode. Please share screenshot

If you have license of Presenter 7.0 then you can use it to serialize presenter 7.0.7. Adobe presenter 7.0.7 is a free upgrade.
